Confirmation of a booking prior to service delivery constitutes acceptance of the stated terms and conditions.
Reservation and Payment Terms
Reservations must be made and confirmed through either Bobocha Siladen by contacting us, or Booking.com and other OTA’s.
Guests making a reservation for a booking 31 days or more in advance are required to secure the booking with a deposit. A deposit of 30% of the total value of the booking must be received within 10 days of confirming the reservation. The reservation will be considered unsecured until the deposit is received. If no deposit has been received after 10 days, the reserved room/s will be made available.
Deposits are to be paid by bank transfer to the bank details provided over email correspondence at enquiries.bobochasiladen@gmail.com. All Bank charges are care of the sender.
Guests making a reservation 30 days or less before expected arrival will only be required to secure the booking with a deposit based on the discretion of Bobocha Siladen at the time of booking.
The balance of the total value of the booking can be paid by bank transfer, cash, or credit card (with a 3% transaction fee) before or on arrival at Bobocha Siladen.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of the cancellation of a booking for any reason whatsoever, the following charges will apply:
– For cancellations made 61 days or more from the date of arrival, 50% of the deposit for the booking plus bank charges will be retained.
– For cancellations made 60 days or less from the date of arrival, 100% of the deposit for the booking will be retained.
Check-in/Check-out
Check-in time is 14:00. Check-out time is 10:00.
Early check-in is subject to room availability and cannot be guaranteed. Guests will be charged Rp 350,000.00 per person for early check-in at or after 11:00. Early check-in before 11:00 will be charged at 50% of the booked daily and subject to availability.
Late check-out is subject to room availability and cannot be guaranteed. Guests will be charged Rp 350,000.00 per person for late check-out until or before 14:00. Late check-out after 14:00 will be charged at Bobocha Siladen’s discretion.
Children/Extra Beds
Prices in our tariff are based on a rate per person per night if residing in the same room as two other persons.
Modifications to Length of Stay
In the event of early departure, the full amount of the booking will be payable unless otherwise agreed which is entirely at Bobocha Siladen’s discretion.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking
While smoking is allowed in designated areas we do ask our guests to be considerate around other guests and smoking is not allowed during meal times.
Other
All guests are required to pay the Bunaken National Marine Park Entrance Fee of IDR150,000.00. This will be paid upon arrival at Bobocha Siladen.
Special requests are subject to availability upon arrival.
